The Hawthorns is a beautiful house located off Station Road that’s home to seven individuals with a range of complex needs. The Berries is a pathway service on the same site which has two apartments for individuals who are able to live more independently. The Hawthorns also has a day opportunities centre for individuals from across Home From Home Care.
